To Advertisers
All Classified advertising is Free, no fees or commissions whatsoever and a limit of 10 ads per customer. We rely solely on the sale of the booklets. We do hope that you tell your friends of your success with the Mini Trader.
Deadline for advertisements is 1pm Monday on the publication week (excluding some public holidays). These deadlines are printed on the calendar on the back cover. Ads received later than this will be held over for inclusion into the following fortnightly publication.
Ads will be removed after each issue though you can resubmit your items by the deadlines until it has sold and this is still FREE. This is appreciated by all who buy the trader to have updated classifieds.
The Mini Trader reserves the right to edit ads and will abbreviate where necessary to cut down on irrelevant information while retaining the original meaning.
Mini Trader does not accept photos as this helps keep the advertising free. Email attachments, email/web addresses used for contact details will not be published, as space is restricted for phone number only.
Advertisers of motor vehicles, firearms & certain breeds of animals have obligations under law regarding sales of this nature and are to contact the relevant government department before advertising. Classifieds containing firearms will need to advertise their firearm license with the advert. For further information regarding this please contact the relevant Government Department. The Mini Trader will use their discretion on ads that are not appropriate for sale and this includes personals and things that could be deemed illegal and anything pornographic.
While every care is taken to prevent errors in your classifieds, ads are placed in good faith and we take no responsibility should any errors occur or any consequences from them. If there is a problem regarding your ad please contact the Mini Trader immediately so the problem can be rectified.
